Digital Marketing Specialist
About The Role
Reporting to the Marketing Head, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing performance marketing strategies. This includes managing Google and Meta ads, email campaigns, and analytics dashboards to track KPIs and optimize performance.
Cleta Software is seeking a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to manage paid campaigns, content distribution, and marketing funnels across various platforms. If you're data-driven, curious, and love building digital campaigns that convert, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and manage paid ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Work with design and content teams to build campaign assets.
Track campaign metrics and optimize based on ROAS and CPL goals.
Conduct A/B testing and analyze audience segments.
Assist in creating content calendars, blogs, and lead magnets.
What We Look For
2+ years experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to present insights.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
