Graphic Designer
About The Role
Reporting to the Creative Lead, the Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing visually engaging designs for a variety of platforms, including web, mobile, social media, presentations, and branding materials. The ideal candidate will have strong conceptual and visual storytelling skills and be comfortable balancing creativity with consistency in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities
Design web and mobile UI mockups, marketing creatives, banners, and internal communication assets.
Create visuals for social media, ad campaigns, landing pages, and brand decks.
Work with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, and product leads.
Maintain and evolve the visual identity of Cleta and its client projects.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and translate feedback into creative solutions.
Ensure all assets meet brand and accessibility standards.
What We Look For
3+ years of experience in a design role within a tech, media, or digital agency environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, and Canva.
Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital creatives, UI elements, and campaign visuals.
Good understanding of design principles: color theory, typography, grid, and layout.
Basic animation/video editing knowledge is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
